Rain day game TOGA, TOGA! 5/29 8:00

Tuesday may 22, 6:30 game Vs. OF2B
OK Sotally tober, we've got a situation this evening. We've got an early game and I think last time we had an early game and we didn't get enough people there on time, and as a result we're leading the league in forfeits.
So please let us know who to expect and at around what time.
To add to the difficulties you'll face tonight, you'll need to find a pitcher and Sotally tober will have to leave a ref for the game after ours.
I am about 90% sure that I'll be unable to make it tonight due to family obligations.
Tober, you can do this. Get out there and win to be the best Sotally Tober team ever. (3 wins)

Week #6 vs Sons of Pitches, 8:00
Sorry about the short and not so cool write up last week. I don't have any excuse. I just didn't do a good job with it.
Sons of Pitches are a team I know little to nothing about. Kind of an aggressive name, but kind of clever too. it could be a good night. They are 3-2, whereas we are 2-3. So if we play well and play smart, we can walk to the bar tonight with a tie record and the highest number of outright wins that Sotally Tober has had in a single season since its innaugural season.
We play at 8:00 on the Adams field (bleachers) I hate that field because it has a really shitty pitching lane, but the legions of Tober fans will have a place to sit. Since it's a late game, and since we seem to play well when we've got a little juice in the system, I reccomend having at least 2 pregame drinks. If you are interested in fooling yourself into thinking you're not an alcoholic and you don't want to drink alone. Kelli, Jen, Jessie and Julie are going to Le'Enfant Cafe at the corner of 18th & Florida (across from De Vinos) for 1/2 priced Belgian beer Happy Hour before our game. You see that fellows? 4 hotties getting loose. Make it if you can.

Week 5 Vs. Seriously, It's jsut Kickball 8:45
OK team, we have another game coming up and we have a chance to give Sotally Tober a winning record again. With a win we can be 3 - 2, and although I don't know anything about Seriously, it's just kickball, My guess is that they aren't that competetive.
It's the 8:45 game, so perhaps we'll have a better chance of doing some good drinking before the game. I'm up for doing some drinking. I mean Common Shre is fun and close, but I do like Angles, where there is no crowd and the drinking can be taken seriously. I'll be there after 6:00 on Tuesday. Join me. But then I have to ref the 8:00 game so I may have to leave a little early.
If you read the GMOT for last week you may have noticed two things.
1, we were reported as having lost that game. I wrote the division board and the GMOT editor to let them know that we did in fact win.
2, you may have noticed all the talk about Awkward mornings not providing a ref. This is something that I'm surprised we haven't been called out on. So the way we are officiating this season is different and I didn't figure it out until last week. Basicaly there is a Head Ref and that is somebody who is experienced and knows what is going on. Then aside from the head ref, there are line refs. The line Refs are to be provided by each team for the other game in their time block, wither early or late. So with an 8:45 game, the team has to privide a ref for the 8:00 game and the 6:30 team has to provide one for the 7:15 game. We haven't done this once. I'm a head ref, so I don't count. But we'll need to provide somebody as a line ref for the rest of the season. Lim, I'm asking you since you've reffed before. But anybody is welcome to do it. Somebody has to. Please let me know so we don't get another disqualification.
